GCSE results 2015: Essex pupils pass more exams but get fewer top...

THE number of GCSE passes are up again this year in Essex, but fewer top grades have been awarded. Nationwide, the number of A* to C grades achieved today is 69 per cent, up from 68.8 per cent last year, but A* grades have seen a fall of 0.1 per cent.
