Essex pizza restaurant workers threatened in night time robbery

Police are investigating a robbery at Perfect Pizza in London Road, Benfleet.A man entered the shop and demanded money at about 10.45pm yesterday, Friday January 15.He threatened staff members and ran off with a small amount of money.No weapon was seen.Officers attended and carried out an extensive search of the area for the suspect, who has yet to be located.He was described as white, about 5ft 5ins tall, aged in his late 20s, and of small build.
